Overview

About This Policy

The Client Ops Lab ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Kasheia Williams, a sole proprietor based in Frisco, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit theclientopslab.com, use the Pipeline Fog Diagnostic, or subscribe to our email list — and how we use it.

Data Collection

What We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you use the site.

Information you provide directly includes:

  • Your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or request a debrief
  • Your responses to the Pipeline Fog Diagnostic (an 18-question self-assessment)
  • Your name, email, and payment information when you purchase a paid offer — payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers

Information collected automatically includes:

  • Basic usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and referring URL (via GitHub Pages and any embedded third-party scripts)
  • Technical data such as browser type and device type, collected through standard server logs
Data Use

How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the Pipeline Fog Diagnostic results and any associated PDF output
  • To send you the Client Ops Lab Notes newsletter (biweekly) if you subscribed
  • To send you archetype-specific follow-up content based on your Diagnostic results, if you opted in
  • To process payment for paid offers through Stripe
  • To improve our content, offers, and site experience over time

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your information with third parties except as described in this policy.

Third Parties

Third-Party Tools We Use

The following tools process data on our behalf:

  • Mailerlite — email delivery and list management
  • Tally — form submission for the Diagnostic and other forms
  • Zapier — automation between Tally, Mailerlite, and other tools
  • Stripe — payment processing for paid offers
  • GitHub Pages — website hosting

Each of these tools has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. We encourage you to review them if you have questions about how your data is processed downstream.
