The Pipeline Fog Debrief is a $47 async Loom video debrief delivered to you within 3 business days of purchase. Because it is a custom, time-based digital deliverable, all sales are final.
If your debrief has not been delivered within the stated timeframe, or if you believe there was an error in your purchase, contact us at kash@theclientopslab.com and we will make it right.
Foggy to Fixed is a paid group working session. Refund eligibility is as follows:

| Fewer than 3 days before the session, or after the session has taken place | No refund |
If we cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to the next available date.
Email kash@theclientopslab.com with your name, purchase date, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
